1.  Payment and/or your signature constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

2.  Following receipt of your booking form and/or payment, Aspire Active Camps Ltd will send you an email to confirm your booking. Please enusre that your email address is supplied otherwise we will be unable to confirm your booking.

 

3.  A 2% transaction charge will be added to any credit card booking

 

4.  Cancellation are subject to the following charges:

1. 4 weeks prior to a camp - 100% refund
2. 2 weeks prior to a camp - 50% refund
3. 1 week prior to a camp - 25% refund
4. Less than 1 week prior to a camp - no refund

Extenuating circumstances will be taken into account 

 5.  Uncollected Children. For every 15 minutes a child is uncollected after their pre booked collection time a £5 charge will be incurred. 

 6.  Aspire Active Camps Ltd nor any of its staff, nor persons involved with the organisation accepts liability for any losses or damage to personal belongings. 

7.  Aspire Active Camps Ltd reserves the right to modify a programme due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances. 

 8.  If a parent or guardian would like to make a complaint to Aspire Active Camps Ltd then speak to a member of staff on the camp who will try to sort out the problem.  Alternatively contact the office by phone, email or written post.  A full and detailed copy of our complaints procedure is available to parents or guardians on request. 

9.  Aspire Active Camps Ltd reserve the right to cancel sessions due to low registration numbers, adverse weather conditions or any other unforseen circumstances.  If this does occur we will offer alternative arrangements that will include an alternative activity, venue or full refund.

Although 'Aspire Active Camps Ltd' will take every reasonable step to avoid injuries being suffered by participants, there is an inherent risk of injury in our Active Camp programme. By making payment and/or signing the booking form, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child listed above and have custody and control of him/ her and you confirm that:

 

• You have read and accept all of our terms and conditions.

• You irrevocably consent to: your child's participation in their Activity programme, your child being photographed whilst at the Aspire Active Camp, and that such photographs can be used in future promotional material produced by 'Aspire Active Camps Ltd, and data relating to your child collected by 'Aspire Active Camps Ltd' being used for the purposes of associated promotion.

• You accept that there is an inherent risk of injury in our active camp programme.

• You accept that we will only administer prescribed drugs, e.g. antibiotics or inhaler, to your child during the camp with your verbal and written consent at the start of the camp.

• You consent that we may call upon emergency medical advice for your child if an incident requires it.

• You accept that you must inform us on the application form if your child suffers from any medical conditions.

• You consent to trained first aid personnel caring for your child in the event of an accident
